Job Overview

ALT Enterprises is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to expand our presence across the West Coast.

About Us

ALT Enterprises manufactures high-performance LED lighting solutions for commercial vehicles, specializing in safety warning lighting and signal lighting for heavy-duty, utility applications and tow truck industrial. Our products are trusted across the industry and built for reliability in demanding environments.

The Role

This is a field-based sales role with significant travel, focused on building relationships, expanding accounts, and consistently closing deals. You’ll have ownership of your territory and the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow a West Coast sales territory
Build strong relationships with distributors, truck parts supply, and tow truck equipment companies
Drive product adoption and repeat business
Identify new opportunities and close deals consistently
Manage regional sales rep and hit revenue targets
Provide product knowledge, introducing new product and solutions to customers

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in related industry especially in truck signal & waring light equipment.
Knowledge of commercial vehicle lighting (signal lights, warning lights, light bars, STT systems)
Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a competitive, results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a field role
Willingness to travel up to 75%
Based in CA, AZ, NV, OR, UT, and WA
Valid driver’s license
Implement upselling techniques to increase product penetration within existing accounts
Manage automobile transportation logistics, ensuring safe lifting practices and compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations
Perform merchandising activities to enhance product visibility and presentation in retail locations
Utilize strong organizational skills to plan routes efficiently, manage schedules, and document sales activities accurately
Engage in customer relationship building through effective communication, addressing client needs proactively
Conduct pricing negotiations and provide tailored solutions based on client requirements
Uphold safety standards during heavy lifting, vehicle operation, and daily tasks while maintaining compliance with all safety protocols

Experience

Proven experience in sales within retail or wholesale environments, preferably with a focus on automobile transportation or heavy equipment
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and client communication methods
Demonstrated ability to drive commercial trucks safely while adhering to DOT regulations and safe lifting practices
Familiarity with merchandising, route driving, and route planning tools or software
Excellent math skills for calculating pricing adjustments, discounts, and profit margins
Prior experience in customer service roles that involve relationship building and client management
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving preferred
