Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to provide relationship-oriented, reflective supervision, support and consultative training to its team of clinicians and interns as the organization continues to deepen and enhance its commitment to supporting children and families in the Chicago community.

Essential Functions

Provide weekly reflective and relational individual supervision to clinical staff members and interns (11+ staff members)

Facilitate weekly small group supervision meetings with the clinical team

Support clinicians in ensuring their documentation is in compliance with ethical standards of practice, organization requirements, and Medicaid requirements

Provide on-call support to clinicians as needed

Support the Senior Clinical Director to ensure services meet and are in compliance with funding expectations

Support the Senior Clinical Director in hiring, development, and evaluation of therapy team to help them provide the highest quality of clinical care

Support implementation of the organization's risk management practices regarding clinical work

Uphold a culture that constitutes a balance of a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness with clinically informed treatment

Maintain awareness of climate, cultural and clinical issues at each school and provide on-going support as needed

Regular collaboration and consultation with the Senior Clinical Director

Manage Graduate school partnerships, including coordinating with field placement offices

At a minimum, visit supervisees schools quarterly with a focus on caseload development, relationship cultivation and maintenance, and overall attention to the partnership between the school and the organization

Non-Essential Functions

Participate in organizational activities and community outreach as needed

Provide direct supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards.

Requirements

Valid licensure as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of direct clinical experience with children and families.
Reflective supervision skills, administrative and compliance competence related to Medicaid billing.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
