Full Job Description

We are offering a seasonal position as a Front Desk Agent until the end of September. Availability to work nights and weekends is a requirement.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests efficiently, verifying reservations and processing necessary documentation.
Manage guest check-outs, answer billing inquiries, and handle payments accurately.
Provide information about hotel facilities, available services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
Handle reservations and room assignments, optimizing occupancy and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information at all times.
Resolve guest complaints diplomatically and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Keep accurate records of daily activities, transactions, and guest interactions for management reporting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using hotel management systems and standard office equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Genuine commitment to providing excellent guest service and guest satisfaction
