Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bilingual Staffing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our staffing solutions by engaging with diverse clients and candidates in both English and another language. Your passion for business development, combined with exceptional communication skills, will help you build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored staffing solutions. $20-24 Hourly + Commission

Duties

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract new clients and expand existing accounts within various industries.
Conduct warm calling campaigns to connect with potential clients, understand their staffing needs, and present customized solutions.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike.
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Provide leadership within your team by sharing best practices, mentoring new members, and contributing to a collaborative sales environment.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and another language is required; strong bilingual communication skills are essential.
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales within staffing or related industries.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends, client needs, and sales performance data.
Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences through warm calling and presentations.
