Full Job Description

Xtrordinair, a private jet management company is hiring a full time bookkeeper with experience.

In charge of all record keeping for receipts and expenses log keeping.
Must be proficient in quick books, Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365 proficient.
Invoicing responsibilities.
Manage all accounting functions in the office; including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Record and maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate and manage office inventory and supplies.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Aviation knowledge is a plus but not a must. Xtrordinair is searching for someone who is flexible and will grow alongside us. Nonsmokers only and must be professional with a code of conduct adhered to.
