Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Clerical Specialist/Receptionist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, managing front desk operations and providing exceptional administrative support. Your energetic approach and keen attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, efficient communication, and a positive experience for clients, visitors, and staff alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your office management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently.
Prepare all shipping paperwork and scheduling carriers for both stateside and international shipments.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications.
Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, scanning documents, and organizing files for easy retrieval.
Sales and customer service inquiries.
Assisting new applicants with questions they may have.
Any additional duties as assigned and directed.

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
Excellent phone answering skills with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Associate's degree or minimum of one-year in similar field.
