Full Job Description

General Dentistry Practice is seeking an outgoing and positive individual to fill the position of Dental Patient Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is highly-motivated, honest, punctual, organized, personable, and can multi-task. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential to this position. Employee will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails/ texts from patients, scheduling patients appropriately, confirming dental benefits, preparing insurance claims, housekeeping of the facility, opening and closing the practice, etc. 1-3 years of administrative experience is preferred. An understanding of dentistry and dental practice management software (Dentrix Ascend) is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred, but not required.

The practice is located on the Southwest end of Greeley, just off of State Rte. 34. Schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.

Dental Patient Coordinator Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 2 years dental receptionist experience.

Dental Patient Coordinator Physical Requirements: This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand talk or hear, both in person and by telephone use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment reach with hands and arms and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50.

Dental Patient Coordinator Compensation: $16-$20 an hour depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
