Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Luxury Inn/Hotel required. Serious inquiries only. This position is part time(with the right person) may grow into a full time position. We are seeking an experienced hotel or luxury Inn professional, dedicated , personable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort. Hotel/Inn/BnB experience mandatory. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A high level of communication and follow through is required. This is a luxury Relais Chateaux property, professional appearance and demeanor is required. Prior hotel/luxury Inn experience required. Training and perks.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Focus on our internal reservation/booking systems.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and room assignments.
Assist with billing inquiries and process payments as needed.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, striving for resolution.
Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality at all times.

Skills

Strong background in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems.
Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services.
Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
