Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and growth-oriented Director of Operations to lead operational and financial strategy across our two clinical locations and our in-house, high-complexity immunology laboratory.

Our specialty practice delivers cutting-edge reproductive medicine care. The Director of Operations will be responsible for scaling enterprise infrastructure, optimizing revenue cycle performance, ensuring multi-jurisdictional compliance, and integrating clinical and laboratory workflows.

Enterprise & Multi-Site Operational Leadership

Oversee day-to-day operations across both clinical sites to ensure operational consistency, high patient satisfaction, and efficient clinical throughput.
Develop, implement, and maintain standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations and telehealth services.
Oversee administrative staff, and patient care coordinators, fostering a performance-driven team culture.
Manage multi-site supply chain, vendor relationships, and medical inventory logistics between locations.

High-Complexity Laboratory Integration & Compliance

Partner closely with the Technical/Medical Laboratory Director to align clinical operations with lab workflows.
Ensure organizational readiness for CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and HIPAA regulatory inspections across all lab and clinical operations.
Optimize sample collection, cross-state shipping logistics, and turnaround times for complex lab diagnostics.

Financial Management & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Drive financial performance to maximize collections, manage operating margins, and achieve growth targets.
Direct internal/external RCM teams, monitoring key billing metrics (AR days, clean claim rates, denial resolution, and specialty billing procedures).
Oversee payer contracting, fee schedule reviews, and provider credentialing.
Prepare monthly operational and financial performance reports (KPI dashboards) for executive leadership.

Regulatory, Legal & Compliance Oversight

Maintain strict compliance with state-specific medical practice regulations, including Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) guidelines.
Ensure all clinical and administrative personnel maintain required state licensure, certifications, and risk management protocols.

Strategic Growth & Infrastructure

Lead technology adoption, including EHR/PM platform optimizations, patient portal enhancements, and digital workflow tools.
Analyze capacity planning and patient demand to evaluate future physical expansion or service line development.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
