Are you a proven leader with a passion for culinary excellence and team development? We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team at a high-volume, beachside restaurant generating over $5 million in annual sales.

About the Role

The Kitchen Manager will oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced, full-service environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to motivate and mentor a large team, and a hands-on approach to leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
Train, develop, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Manage food costs, inventory, and labor to achieve financial goals.
Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Uphold all compliance and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Proven track record of successfully leading and developing large teams.
Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and cost controls.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
