Prepare certified payroll reports and other required compliance documentation.

Review payroll transactions to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, prevailing wage regulations, and company policies.

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining accurate payroll records.

Partner with HR, Accounting, Operations, and Project Management to verify payroll data, labor allocations, and job costing information.

Qualifications for the Union Payroll Specialist

Previous payroll experience in a union, construction, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive environment.

Strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements, union wage schedules, fringe benefits, and trust fund reporting.

Experience preparing certified payroll reports and working with prevailing wage regulations.

Proficiency with payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
