Full Job Description

PayMore is seeking a Director of Electronics Strategic Sourcing & Wholesale Partnerships to grow and manage our nationwide network of wholesale electronics buyers. This role is responsible for securing the best pricing for our franchise network by building strong vendor relationships, negotiating purchasing agreements, identifying new buyers, and expanding wholesale opportunities across a wide range of consumer electronics.

You'll work closely with leadership to develop new purchasing programs, monitor market trends, and help maximize profitability across one of North America's fastest-growing electronics retail franchise systems.

This is an in-office position in the Massapequa Corporate Offices. Travel is expected.

What You'll Do

Build and manage relationships with wholesale buyers across multiple product categories.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new wholesale purchasing partners.
Negotiate pricing agreements and purchasing programs.
Develop fixed-price buying programs across thousands of SKUs.
Monitor market pricing, supply and demand, and industry trends.
Create competition among vendors to ensure PayMore receives the best pricing.
Analyze pricing, vendor performance, and purchasing opportunities.
Work with internal teams to maximize inventory purchasing opportunities.
Help expand into new product categories and wholesale channels.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in wholesale electronics, vendor management, business development, purchasing, or strategic sourcing.
Strong understanding of the secondary consumer electronics market.
Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and pricing.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Highly analytical with strong Excel and data analysis abilities.
Self-motivated and comfortable developing new business relationships.
Experience working with inventory purchasing or wholesale distribution is preferred.
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs when needed.
