We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling or submitting online inquiries to Steven Honda. You will assist customers by scheduling sales and service appointments, answering questions, following up on leads, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls professionally and courteously.
Respond promptly to internet leads, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
Schedule sales and service appointments while confirming customer information.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, missed visits, and future opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records within the dealership CRM.
Communicate effectively with the Sales and Service Departments.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders and customer follow-up.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing Steven Honda.

Compensation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
