We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team in Fremont! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage accounting, reporting, and financial analysis for commercial real estate assets
Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance filings
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Qualifications

Active CPA license
Five plus years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate or related field
Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate financial reporting
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Travel Requirement: This position is primarily based in Fremont, CA, but occasional travel to our Las Vegas office will be required for meetings, audits, special projects, or other business needs. The ability and willingness to travel is essential.
