Overview
Are you a dynamic, organized professional with a passion for streamlining operations and supporting team success? We are seeking an energetic Office Manager to lead the daily functions of our office environment. In this vital role, you will oversee administrative operations, coordinate vendor relationships, manage schedules, and ensure a productive and welcoming workspace. Your proactive approach will help foster an efficient, organized atmosphere that empowers our team to excel. Duties

Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency
Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and company events, including calendar management
Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development to enhance team performance
Oversee payroll processing using Rippling
Organize company events and meetings through detailed event planning and logistics coordination
Maintain filing systems, manage front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and uphold phone etiquette
Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing HR records, and assisting with employee relations
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated leadership skills
Extensive experience in office administration including clerical tasks, filing, and front desk operations
Proficiency in payroll management is essential
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Experience in event planning and vendor management to coordinate company functions seamlessly
Background in human resources or medical office management is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Prior experience managing multi-line phone systems, calendar scheduling, and office technology tools
