Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Supervisor (a combination of office manager, and front desk supervisor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, organized and motivated.

You will need to be able to cover the front desk when needed, ensure that the office has supplies, understand the schedule and manage it daily, oversee onboarding/training and support a health workplace culture. I cannot stress enough that this position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication and the ability to promote a healthy culture within the office.

Please understand that this position takes a strong person who is able to resolve conflict, communicate effectively, be organized and understand how corporations operate and follow direction. Your pay will be DOE and there will be a monthly performance review for the first six months with the potential for an increase in pay following the performance review.

Oversee the day to day operation of the front desk.
Cover shifts for non clinical staff when they call out
Audit accounts receivable
Audit multiple schedules three times a week
Understand and uphold employment laws
Punctual
Excellent communication, can resolve conflict quickly and easily
Able to manage employees with kindness and effectiveness
Complete quarterly reports
Organization is a must
Manage communication through our website
Follow direction from your supervisor

Requirements

Minimum of a bachelors degree in a field related to business management.
Proven experience working in a position of leadership.
Strong knowledge of how to run an efficient office.
Familiarity with Microsoft word and computers in general.
Excellent leadership skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to collect data effectively for quarterly reports purposes while maintaining confidentiality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
