Full Job Description

Medidenta is seeking an experienced Order Processing Specialist to join our Las Vegas team.

This is a hands-on operations position responsible for managing customer and B2B orders from receipt through invoicing, fulfillment, and shipment. The ideal candidate has experience working in QuickBooks Online, processing orders across multiple sales channels, coordinating shipping, and communicating with customers regarding their orders.

We are looking for someone who is organized, accurate, comfortable working in multiple systems, and able to take ownership of their responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on QuickBooks Online and order processing experience are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer, B2B, marketplace, and e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
Enter and manage sales orders, invoices, payments, and customer information in QuickBooks Online
Process orders received through multiple platforms and sales channels
Review orders for pricing, product availability, shipping information, and accuracy before fulfillment
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment staff to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly
Generate shipping documentation and assist with UPS, USPS, and other carrier-related processes
Monitor open and pending orders and proactively resolve issues that could delay fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, invoices, shipping, tracking, product availability, returns, and general account questions
Maintain accurate customer and order records across multiple systems
Communicate internally with accounting, warehouse, sales, and management when order issues require additional attention
Identify discrepancies and follow through until they are resolved
Maintain organized documentation and accurate records

Required Qualifications

Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
Previous experience in order processing, order entry, sales order management, fulfillment, or a similar operations role
Experience managing orders from receipt through invoicing and shipment
Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently across multiple systems and browser-based platforms
Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple orders, requests, and deadlines throughout the day
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with other departments
Ability to work in-office Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:

Amazon Vendor Central
E-commerce or marketplace order processing
EDI or B2B purchase orders
UPS, USPS, Pitney Bowes, or other shipping platforms
Inventory management
Dental, medical device, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale environments
High-volume order processing

Industry experience is not required. We value strong order-processing and operational experience and will provide training on our products and internal procedures.
