Job Summary

Do you know how to grow commercial accounts, keep agreements tight and lead a service team without dropping the ball? We want to talk.

Sunrise Service, LLC is a fast-moving HVAC & Plumbing company serving residential and light commercial customers across the greater Las Vegas/Henderson area. We are looking for a driven Commercial Service Manager who can own our commercial book of business, build new accounts and run the day-to-day for a growing 5-technician commercial department.

This is the person who sits between the customer and the field. You protect the relationship, keep the work profitable, make sure agreements get delivered the way we sold them and give five techs the direction they need to do clean, on-time work. If you like being accountable for results — not just tickets — this is the seat.

What you'll be doing

Own the commercial book of business. Manage existing light commercial HVAC accounts and be the primary point of contact for property managers, facility contacts and building owners.
Oversee commercial agreements. Track service agreements and maintenance contracts, make sure visits happen on schedule, confirm scope is completed and keep customers current on upcoming work and renewals.
Add new commercial accounts. Hunt and close new light commercial work — maintenance agreements, repairs, replacements and multi-site relationships. Turn good service into more work.
Run department day to day. Set priorities, assign work, review job quality, handle callbacks and keep the team productive, safe and accountable.
Keep the schedule and the money clean. Coordinate dispatch with the office, review estimates and invoices, control extras and protect margins on commercial jobs.
Stay close to the work. Walk problem sites when needed, help techs through tough calls and make sure the customer hears from us before they have to chase us.
Build the commercial side of the company. Spot opportunities inside current accounts, tighten our agreement offering and help leadership grow light commercial revenue.

What we're looking for

Commercial HVAC experience. You have worked light commercial equipment and you can talk to a facility manager without guessing.
Account and agreement management. You have owned customer relationships, maintenance contracts or a book of commercial work — not just run service calls.
People leadership. You can manage a small technician team: coaching, accountability, quality and the unglamorous day-to-day.
Hunter mindset. You are comfortable asking for the next building, the next agreement and the next site.
Organized operator. Solid computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to keep five techs, a stack of agreements and a live schedule from colliding.
Service Titan experience preferred. If you already live in it, you will ramp faster. If you do not, you need to be a quick study on field service software.
Local and present. This is an in-person role in the Las Vegas/Henderson market. You need a valid driver’s license and a clean, professional presence with customers.

Experience needed

3+ years commercial or light commercial HVAC service experience (Required)
2+ years managing technicians, a service team or commercial accounts (Required)
2+ years experience with maintenance agreements/service contracts (Required)
Service Titan or similar field service software (Preferred)
EPA 608 certification (Preferred)
Nevada HVAC or contractor experience (Preferred)
Customer-facing account management (Preferred)

Schedule

5-day work week, typically Monday–Friday
Standard business hours with flexibility for commercial customer needs
Occasional after-hours or weekend involvement when a commercial account needs it
On-site/in-person — Las Vegas/Henderson, NV

Pay and growth

$85,000 annual salary plus a growth bonus tied to commercial account growth, agreement retention and department performance. We want someone who treats this book of business like it is theirs.
