Job Description:

As one of our Account Executives in the sales department, you will be responsible for closing high-value ticket deals for our products and services, ranging from $5k - $50k+. This role requires a self-starter mentality and excellent communication skills, with a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets.

This position is full-time onsite Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 6:00pm. No remote options.

Daily coaching and sales training to sharpen your skills
Uncapped commissions plus a base salary
Never-ending inbound warm leads (Over 10k incoming leads monthly)

Compensation:
This is a salary + commission role. Average performers can earn $70,000–$80,000 in their first year, with top performers earning more thanks to our uncapped, tiered commission structure.

Year 2: Higher commission rates, earnings averages north of $80,000–$90,000.
Year 3: Earnings north of $100,000+.

What we expect from you:

Previous sales experience as a closer with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Driven mentality to go above and beyond and innate desire to compete
Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets (100+ calls/day)
Willingness to learn and adapt based on coaching feedback
Embody the Ricoma mantra of "Only when our customers succeed with our products and services, can we succeed in our business" and have a customer-centric mindset

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in English are essential for performing key job functions
Proven track record in inside sales and B2B sales
Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
Experience in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
Demonstrated success in outbound calling and warm calling
Inside sales experience preferred
