Full Job Description

The Roofing Center is growing, and we're looking for motivated sales professionals who don't wait for opportunities—they create them. If you're a self-starter with roofing sales experience and the drive to build your own pipeline, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Generating your own residential and commercial roofing leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and door-to-door canvassing.
Conduct professional roof inspections and identify customer needs.
Educate homeowners and property owners on repair and replacement options.
Guide customers through the insurance restoration process when applicable.
Prepare estimates and close profitable roofing projects.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion.
Build long-term referral relationships that generate repeat business.

What We're Looking For

Previous roofing sales experience is required.
Proven ability to generate your own leads and consistently close sales.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Comfortable prospecting in the field and asking for referrals.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to safely climb ladders and walk on roofs.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
