Job Title: Account Manager

Summary

Are you a self motivated, influential, and friendly person who loves a great challenge? Do you enjoy a fast-paced work environment? Do you enjoy being a part of a dynamic and well-rounded team? Are you career driven and looking for a place where you will have the opportunity for professional growth and upward mobility? Do you have an eye for detail? We are seeking an exceptional Account Management Professional to join our growing team. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience, including traditional account management, account development and new product introductions. This role would be perfect for an inside sales or account management person who enjoys farming more than hunting. You would respond to managing existing customers and prospects requesting samples or pricing. No cold calling required unless you like hunting "elephants" leads will be provided from our lead generation program.

Outcomes

Drive revenue growth through personal and team sales efforts
Handle incoming calls, emails and requests for information, samples and quotes
Intake customer orders accurately and efficiently
Identify upsell and/or cross-selling opportunities for our products and services to existing customers and prospects
Develop and manage customer relationships
Create progress reports and maintain an active sales pipeline

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot and Shopify experience is a plus)
Willingness to work full-time in our Englewood, CO office (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
We do not consider applicants living outside of the Denver area
Ability to travel for trade shows one to two times per quarter

Compensation: On Target Earnings of $65,000
