Position Summary

The Plumbing Sales Advisor is responsible for diagnosing homeowners' plumbing concerns, educating customers on available solutions, presenting repair and replacement options, and helping customers make the best decision for their home.

Success in this position comes from building trust, delivering exceptional service, and consistently providing solutions that improve our customers' lives.

This position combines technical knowledge, relationship building, and professional sales skills to create an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners in their homes.
Perform plumbing inspections and evaluate customer concerns.
Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
Present multiple solution options that fit the customer's needs and budget.
Build trust through honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication.
Create accurate estimates using our technology.
Close sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with installation and service teams for seamless project execution.
Maintain detailed customer notes and job documentation.
Follow up with customers when appropriate.
Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training.
Help us earn customers for life.

What We're Looking For

Previous residential plumbing sales experience preferred.

Residential plumbing service experience.
Experience presenting repair and replacement options.
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
Proven sales success with strong closing percentages.
Knowledge of financing options and customer payment solutions.
