Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Journeyman Plumber or Apprentice, where you'll play a vital role in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across diverse projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and related trades while working on challenging commercial and residential sites. Whether you're just starting out or bringing seasoned experience, you'll be part of a motivated team committed to quality craftsmanship and safety. All roles are paid positions that support your professional growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment according to project specifications and blueprints
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of plumbing and mechanical systems
Perform welding tasks where necessary to join pipes or secure fixtures, adhering to safety standards
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, and related mechanical systems
Assist with remodeling, assembly, heavy lifting, and general construction site tasks to support project timelines
Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work on-site
Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or in field service environments

Requirements

Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades; familiarity with construction site operations is highly preferred
Knowledge of plumbing installation techniques including pipe threading, schematics interpretation, and blueprint reading
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines safely and efficiently
Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems or general building maintenance is a plus
Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installations
Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for field service roles
Carpentry or handyman experience beneficial for remodeling or assembly tasks
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards
