Are you passionate about aesthetics, wellness, longevity, and creating an exceptional client experience?4Ever Young in Hoboken is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven General Manager to lead daily operations at our growing anti-aging and wellness clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail or medspa environment and loves helping clients look and feel their best.

4Ever Young is a premier anti-aging and wellness clinic specializing in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, including:

Aesthetic injectables (Botox, fillers, etc.)
Hormone replacement therapy
Peptide therapy
Medical weight loss
Facials and skincare
Lasers and microneedling
IV therapy
Wellness and longevity services

We are focused on delivering exceptional results, personalized care, and a luxury-level customer experience.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, team leadership, sales performance, client experience, and business growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong retail or medspa management background, proven sales ability, and a passion for aesthetics and wellness.

This role requires someone who is highly social, energetic, polished, organized, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily clinic operations
Drive revenue growth through memberships, retail sales, treatment packages, and upselling
Deliver an outstanding client experience from consultation to follow-up
Motivate and manage front desk and support staff
Assist in developing marketing and community outreach initiatives
Help grow social media presence and local brand awareness
Monitor KPIs, sales goals, memberships, and retention metrics
Maintain a clean, organized, luxury-level clinic environment
Coordinate schedules and support provider productivity
Resolve client concerns professionally and effectively
Build strong relationships with patients and create long-term loyalty

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a successful retail, medspa, wellness, aesthetic, or luxury service business
Strong track record in sales, membership sales, and client retention
Experience upselling products and services in a customer-facing environment
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, anti-aging, fitness, beauty, or health optimization
Excellent leadership and communication skills
High energy with a positive, professional attitude
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Marketing and social media experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience in medspa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or fitness industries strongly preferred
