That capital is fueling our expansion beyond roofing into new trades, including concrete, HVAC, and plumbing, and it's why this role has real room to grow as the company scales.

XBuild is an AI-native platform built for contractors, the people who actually build things. We help roofing companies, restoration crews, HVAC contractors, and general contractors win more business by putting professional proposals, accurate estimates, and clean customer experiences in their hands, fast.

We're not a committee. We're not a process. We're a small team moving fast in a massive market that legacy software has largely ignored.

About the Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to own renewals, annual contract conversion, and expansion across our book of Enterprise contractor accounts. This is a proactive, high-touch, 1:few relationship-management role; you are the internal advocate for a named book of our highest-value accounts, and you are measured on whether they renew, upgrade to annual terms, and grow.

Enterprise clients are the top operational priority for the Account Management team. For enterprise accounts, you lead the onboarding process yourself, from contract signature through go-live, rather than handing that off; Customer Success continues to support broader technical adoption and training. From there, you carry official, ongoing responsibility for that account's health and risk management, its renewal, its move to annual terms, and its expansion. You'll also work the enterprise pipeline directly, helping execute pilots and owning the handoff into onboarding once a pilot converts.

What You'll Own

Enterprise onboarding: leading the onboarding process for enterprise clients end-to-end, from contract signature through go-live
Account health & risk management: official, named ownership of health and risk management for every enterprise account in your book
Renewals: driving gross and net renewal rate across your book, enterprise deals included
Monthly-to-Annual conversion: proactively moving eligible accounts from monthly billing onto annual contracts
Expansion revenue: identifying and closing upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities within existing accounts, logged as real pipeline in HubSpot
Enterprise pipeline execution: supporting pilots through to a successful decision, then leading onboarding and the first 90 days of the relationship
Churn/health-score management: working red and yellow accounts top-down, and recommending a downgrade (rather than a cancellation) when that's the right save
Executive touchpoints: regular check-ins plus Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for your top accounts

What You'll Do Day to Day

Run a morning health sweep of your book using the Slack digest and a live, risk-and-opportunity-segmented account-health dashboard, enterprise accounts first
Lead onboarding for newly signed enterprise clients, from contract signature through go-live, coordinating with Customer Success on technical adoption along the way
Work your churn/health-score list in priority order: active cancellation risk first, then renewal-risk accounts, then everything else
Decide, account by account, whether an at-risk customer should be saved as-is, saved via a downgrade, or allowed to churn, and act on it
Proactively flag and pursue monthly-to-annual conversion opportunities as part of every renewal conversation
Support enterprise pilots in flight, then lead onboarding and the first 90 days once a pilot converts
Spot expansion and upsell signals and log them as real, trackable pipeline in HubSpot; this logging is required, not optional
Build and deliver account plans and MBRs/QBRs for your top accounts
Respond to standard inbound account inquiries within a 2-hour SLA; respond to any critical issue reported by an enterprise customer within 60 minutes
Keep HubSpot current: account notes, opportunities, renewal timelines, and forecasts

Tools You'll Use

HubSpot: CRM for account records, tasks, deals, and pipeline
Slack: daily account-health digests and cross-team handoffs
A live account-health dashboard: real-time view of your book, segmented by risk and opportunity
Claude (AI assistant, connected to your CRM): account-prep briefs, email drafts, and daily summaries, so you spend more time on the conversations that matter

What We're Looking ForRequired

3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals, or enterprise sales; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
A track record of owning a book of accounts against real renewal, retention, or expansion targets
Direct experience running renewal conversations, including moving customers between billing terms (e.g., monthly to annual)
Comfort working inside a CRM and reading dashboards or health scores to prioritize your day; data-curious, not necessarily technical
Strong written and verbal communication; you'll draft outreach, lead renewal conversations, and present business reviews
Good judgment under ambiguity; trusted to prioritize your own day and make save-vs-downgrade calls once ramped
Comfort with AI tools as part of your daily workflow (we'll train you, no prior experience required)
Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Fort Lauderdale, FL area; this is a local, on-site role and is not open to remote candidates

Preferred

Experience supporting or running enterprise pilots and post-pilot onboarding handoffs
Experience with roofing, restoration, HVAC, construction, or home-service businesses
HubSpot experience specifically
Startup experience where adaptability and ownership were required

What Success Looks Like

New hires complete a structured 20-day ramp plan, moving from full supervision to independent ownership of the daily cadence: churn/health-score sweeps, renewal and annual-conversion conversations, and MBR/QBR delivery. By day 20, you're running your book solo: no hand-holding, full ownership, real accounts, real outcomes.

Compensation

Total compensation (base + variable) for this role ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. Variable compensation is tied to performance on renewals, annual-contract conversion, and expansion within the existing account base.

Exact base salary, variable target, and total compensation will be confirmed based on experience and stated explicitly in the candidate's offer letter.
