We are a modern, technology-driven private practice specializing in dental implants and full-arch rehabilitation. We are seeking a professional and patient-centered Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a positive, motivated learner who wants to grow within a specialized dental practice.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Experience

Greet patients warmly and professionally in person and by phone
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
Confirm appointments and follow up with patients regarding scheduling and treatment as needed.
Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Serve as a point of contact for general patient questions

Administrative Support

Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
Collect patient payments at check-in/check-out
Follow established office systems and protocols using Open Dental (training and office manual provided).
Maintain accurate patient insurance information within Open Dental.
Maintain accurate patient accounts and payment records.
Assist patients with completing electronic forms and consents.
Monitor and respond to patient communications through office software.
Capture patient photographs and video testimonials following office protocols (training provided).

Insurance & Basic Financial Tasks

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to patient appointments.
Assist patients with insurance and billing-related questions.
Coordinate with the Office Manager and billing team to ensure efficient patient care and office operations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front office or as a Dental Patient Coordinator
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Experience verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Experience

Experience with Open Dental software
Experience working in a private dental practice

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, follows established systems, communicates professionally, and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail and prior experience working in a dental office.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: Starting at $18/hour based on experience.
Monthly performance-based bonuses tied to office production
