Responsibilities:

Operate our luxury vehicles with the utmost safety and adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
Provide a superior level of customer service, anticipating and exceeding passenger expectations. This includes offering courteous assistance with luggage, entry, and exit, and providing a comfortable and refined environment.
Maintain the interior and exterior of the assigned vehicle to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Accurately complete trip logs and any necessary documentation with precision.
Adhere strictly to pre-arranged schedules and routes, ensuring punctuality for all pickups and drop-offs.
Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and passengers to confirm details and address any unforeseen circumstances.
Exercise discretion and maintain the confidentiality of all passengers.
Proactively monitor traffic conditions and utilize navigation tools to optimize routes and avoid delays.
Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

Valid and unrestricted driver's license with an exemplary driving record.
Successful completion of a DOT Medical Exam, provision of a recent Driver Abstract demonstrating a clean record, and a clear Criminal Abstract.
Comprehensive knowledge of local and surrounding areas, key landmarks, and proficient understanding of traffic patterns.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a consistently professional, courteous, and discreet demeanor.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet client needs.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in using GPS devices and navigation applications for efficient and accurate route planning.
Professional appearance and adherence to our company's dress code.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience providing transportation services to VIP clients or in a high-end hospitality environment.
Prior experience in paratransit services and demonstrated ability to assist passengers with special needs with sensitivity and care.
Previous experience as a professional chauffeur or limousine driver.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
