Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager with expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to lead our administrative operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functionality, efficient financial processes, and effective team management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be the backbone of our office, overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing vendor relationships, and supporting financial activities with precision and enthusiasm. Join us to help create a productive workspace where teamwork and excellence flourish!

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, filing, and clerical support to ensure seamless workflow.
Manage schedule coordination for staff meetings, company events; facilitate event planning when needed.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes using financial software , ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely payments.
Manage vendor relationships processing invoices, and maintaining organized records for auditing purposes.
Receive client checks and payments. Scan checks and track ACH payments.
Maintain detailed records of office supplies and ensure proper filing systems are in place.

Skills

Proven experience in office management
Proficiency in accounting and finance software solid bookkeeping skills required.
Experience with AR & AP processes; excellent attention to detail for accurate financial recordkeeping.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Excellent communication skills; adept at phone etiquette, client/vendor interactions, and internal collaboration.
Technical proficiency in office equipment including printers, and computer systems.
Experience in event planning and coordinating company functions or meetings.
Must be organized and dependable.
Must be self motivated

M-F, 35 Hours Per Week

$23-$26 per hour
