Full Job Description

Personal Injury law firm seeks full time Pre-lit Case Manager to oversee personal injury cases in pre-litigation/litigation . Duties to include but are not limited to:

Client Communications/Meetings
Handling File Review and relevant casework on PI cases
Requesting and Summarizing Medical Records w/Affidavits
Tracking and documenting any subrogation liens.
Calendaring, updating client case management file [Neos], Conduct Witness interviews and case investigation through telephone, written, and in-person communication.
Conduct factual and Legal Research using LEXIS, Westlaw and/or other on-line facilities
Working with attorneys and other staff in the firm on assigned duties.
Ability to maintain an average caseload of 60 - 85 litigation cases in various stages of the PI process
Three (3) to Five (5) consecutive years of Plaintiffs personal injury Case management work experience preferred
Must be able to work high caseload and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service skills
Excellent organization and time management skills required
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a high-volume environment
Familiar with Neos Case Management Software
- Ability to communicate and work well in a team environment required
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
