- Help identify and handle common flowers, greenery, and basic arrangement styles
- Process flowers, clean stems, fill buckets, rotate inventory, and maintain flower freshness
- Assist designers with vase arrangements, roses, sympathy pieces, supplies, wrapping, and order preparation
- Follow photos, recipes, color instructions, customer notes, and shop standards carefully
- Package orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Deliver flowers, plants, sympathy arrangements, gifts, and event orders safely and on time using your own vehicle
- Follow GPS routes, delivery notes, gate codes, hospital/funeral home procedures, and customer instructions
- Communicate immediately with the shop if there is a wrong address, no answer, gate issue, delay, or delivery concern
- Assist customers in-store or by phone when needed
- Help with POS transactions, order organization, cleaning, restocking, and general shop support
- Keep the design area, cooler, buckets, tools, and supplies clean and organized

Pay
Pay is hourly and based on certification, floral skill, delivery reliability, experience, schedule commitment, and ability to work independently. Higher pay may be considered for candidates with CFD certification, strong floral training, or proven flower shop experience.
Interview & Skills Demonstration
Qualified candidates may be invited for an unpaid interview and skills demonstration. This may include discussing flower names, arrangement styles, floral care, mums, boutonnières, bows, ribbon work, and basic design knowledge. A candidate may also be asked to demonstrate a small sample task for evaluation only.
The unpaid interview is not a work shift, training shift, or production shift. Candidates will not complete customer orders, make sellable products, deliver orders, or perform shop duties during the unpaid interview.
