Paid Training Guaranteed Hours No Experience Required Career Growth

We are an early-intervention treatment provider seeking caring, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our clinical team as Behavior Technicians. If you enjoy working with children, are eager to learn, and are looking for a meaningful career with opportunities for professional growth, we'd love to meet you.

Our clinic provides intensive early intervention services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children to teach communication, social, play, daily living, and behavioral skills in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment.

No ABA experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and support toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy to children.
Implement individualized treatment programs developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and academic readiness skills.
Collect data and document client progress throughout each session.
Use positive behavior support strategies to encourage learning and independence.
Collaborate with a supportive team of BCBAs, therapists, and families.
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

Compensation

Compensation is based on education, experience, and credentials.

High School Diploma / Associate Degree: $15.00-$23.00/hour

Bachelor's Degree: $16.00-$24.00/hour

Ability to engage in active play and keep up with young children throughout the day.
Ability to pass a background check and meet RBT eligibility requirements.

Schedule

Full-Time

Minimum 35 hours per week
Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM
Saturday availability (9:30 AM-1:30 PM) preferred

Part-Time

Minimum 25 hours per week
