The Ozark Tavern is more than just a restaurant—we’re building a destination for great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Scandia. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Kitchen Manager who isn’t just looking for a job, but an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day kitchen operations.
Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff.
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
Control food costs, inventory, and ordering.
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Develop efficient kitchen systems and procedures.
Collaborate with ownership on menu development, specials, and long-term growth strategies.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen leadership or management experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and develop a team.
Experience with inventory, food costing, and scheduling.
Commitment to delivering outstanding food every plate, every time.
