What you’ll do

Lead daily restaurant operations and service execution
Set the tone for hospitality, urgency, and professionalism each shift
Protect the guest experience and handle guest recovery with care and ownership
Coach, develop, and support team members in real time
Maintain strong service, cleanliness, and operational standards
Manage labor with discipline and intention
Help create a culture of accountability, pride, and teamwork
Support the restaurant during busy service periods wherever needed
Help identify and develop future leaders within the team

What we’re looking for

2+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
Strong floor leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
A mindset focused on coaching, accountability, and team development
Strong sense of ownership and professionalism
Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused under pressure

Experience in breakfast, brunch, or high-volume casual dining is a plus.

More than anything, we are looking for leaders who care deeply about people, standards, and the work.

The environment

Toasted Yolk Cafe is a high-energy breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept serving guests daily from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires leaders who can think clearly, stay organized, and support their teams in real time. The right candidate will enjoy the pace, the challenge, and the opportunity to help build something meaningful.
