Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Voted Best Auto Repair in Orange County for 9 consecutive years, we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while also handling administrative and office responsibilities. You’ll support the front office, assist customers throughout their visit, help keep records and paperwork organized, and work closely with our service team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Automotive experience is NOT required. On-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions.
Schedule repair and maintenance appointments.
Assist customers with check-in and checkout.
Communicate service updates clearly and professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding completed services, appointments, and feedback.
Handle customer questions and concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Coordinate courtesy rides and customer transportation when needed.

Administrative & Office Support

Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
Maintain accurate customer records, invoices, paperwork, and digital files.
Enter and update customer and vehicle information in company systems.
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and document organization.
Help prepare invoices, paperwork, and internal reports.
Monitor and organize emails, phone messages, and other office communications.
Assist management and service advisors with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Help keep the front office clean, organized, and professional.
Assist with office supplies and other operational needs.
Perform light errands and additional administrative or shop support duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred.
Automotive experience is not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers, email, phone systems, and basic office software.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license required.
