What You'll Do

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you'll meet directly with homeowners to understand their goals, evaluate their project needs, and provide customized solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting professional in-home consultations
Building trust and rapport with homeowners
Educating customers about Renewal by Andersen products and services
Measuring windows and doors accurately
Presenting customized design solutions
Preparing and presenting project estimates
Following up on proposals and pending opportunities
Generating referrals from satisfied customers
Managing customer interactions and sales activity within company systems
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

QualificationsRequired

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, customer-facing, or relationship-driven roles
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Evening and weekend appointment availability
Ability to independently manage a schedule and territory

Physical Requirements

This role may require:

Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
Climbing stairs
Measuring windows and doors throughout residential properties
Occasional lifting of materials up to 55 pounds
Operating a personal vehicle throughout your assigned territory
