Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining an efficient and well-organized workspace, manage basic administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism.

Responsibilities

Help organize and maintain the office environment, including getting files back in order
Manage general computer tasks such as sending emails and updating documents
Assist with completing a variety of to-do lists and administrative errands
Support in maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital
Handle basic correspondence and communication on behalf of the team
Perform general administrative duties as needed to support office operations

Requirements

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email communication and file management
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus but not required

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-organized office environment while developing valuable administrative skills.

Pay: $18.50 - $25.50 per hour
