Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant

Location: St. George, UT

About Us

We are a growing excavation, utility, and general contracting company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and being an important part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain office files and records.
Prepare and send invoices and billing documents.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Assist with accounts receivable and payment tracking.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and project activities.
Help coordinate daily office operations and priorities.
Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
Maintain spreadsheets and company records.
Assist with permits, project paperwork, and document organization.
Support management with administrative tasks as needed.
Help improve office systems and keep projects organized.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and learning new software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous office, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in construction, contracting, or accounting is a plus.
