Roots to Branches Counseling Services is hiring a qualified LCPC, LCSW, or LPC

About us

My name is Molly Westfall and I am the owner at Roots to Branches Counseling Services. I founded this small private practice in 2023, with the mission of providing quality, professional, caring, and evidenced-based counseling services to children and their families- all while supporting the vision and well-being of every staff member. We are a small but mighty practice, and have developed a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging culture. As we continue to grow, I am looking to add a motivated, growth-oriented, creative, professional, and ethically-driven clinician to our team. This position offers a uniquely quaint and flexible environment, perfect for the introspective clinician looking to focus on both interpersonal growth and clinical expansion.

Responsibilities:

Provide weekly therapy to children and/or adolescents using evidenced-based techniques, including play therapy interventions
Conduct thorough patient assessments and intake interviews with parents
Collect and maintain accurate patient data for treatment records and insurance purposes.
Use DSM-V criteria to inform diagnostic evaluation
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client diagnosis
Monitor client progress and routinely update/modify treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
Incorporate parent involvement, psychoeducation and collaboration throughout duration of treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as school social workers/teachers, physicians, occupational therapists, etc.
Complete continuing education courses and ongoing education/supervision/consultation as needed.

Experience:

[Required] 2+ years providing therapy services to children and/or adolescents with experience in play therapy/art therapy or similar modality

Masters Degree or higher

Qualifications:

Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW) or working toward LCPC

Experience providing therapy to children 2-12 years old

Evening and weekend availability

Emphasis on professional, ethical, evidenced-based care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
