Full Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepares weekly and monthly reports to customers and coordinates warehouse functions with customers’ Production Control, Quality Control, Coil Stores and Stamping.

· Coordinates customer material quality issues with Steel Mill Technical Representatives and with customers’ PC, QC and Stamping. Responsible for daily communication with customers and suppliers.

· Controls nonconforming products and returns of customer material for payment and disposition of coils.

· Responsible for day-to-day activities of each customer - ordering, production, delivery, quality.

· Prepares weekly and monthly reports.

· Travels to customer and suppler facilities for meetings and tours.

· Negotiates pricing with customers.

· Develops quotations for management approval.

· Responsible for issuing and tracking of budget items as they relate to each specific customer.

· Provides input into quality matters relating to specific customers’ accounts.

· Develops and maintains parts lists for related accounts.

· Monitors and controls inventory levels for related accounts.

· Provides information to operations concerning customer requirements.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or two years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule: Non-Rotational (Monday-Friday)
