Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Spa & Aesthetic Nurse

Elysian Medspa & Rejuvenation Center
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

About Us

Elysian Medspa & Rejuvenation Center is a physician-led medical spa dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic and wellness services in a luxurious, patient-centered environment. We specialize in advanced skin rejuvenation, injectables, laser treatments, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, and wellness services.

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about aesthetics and delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and obtain medical histories.
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
Assist providers with cosmetic procedures.
Administer IV hydration therapy and wellness injections.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile technique.
Perform laboratory specimen collection and phlebotomy (if qualified).
Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record.
Assist with inventory management and maintaining clinical supplies.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming patient experience.
Participate in practice marketing initiatives and patient follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa is preferred but not required.
Experience with IV placement and phlebotomy is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Comfortable learning new technologies and treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Cosmetic injectables (Botox®, Xeomin®, dermal fillers)
Laser and IPL treatments
Morpheus8 RF Microneedling
PRP/PRF procedures
Medical-grade skincare
Weight loss management
Hormone optimization
IV vitamin therapy
