Full Job Description

Greentech Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for a Seasonal Receptionist & Administrative Assistant.

Greentech Manufacturing, Inc., manufacturer of Crown Royal Stoves, is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team.

This is a permanent position with a recurring seasonal schedule. During our busy heating season, you'll work a full-time schedule while serving as the first point of contact for our customers, dealers, and vendors. During our slower summer months (May – August), hours are significantly reduced or unavailable, allowing you to enjoy an extended seasonal summer break each year.

Responsibilities

Professionally answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Welcome customers, dealers, vendors, and visitors
Provide excellent customer service
Assist customers, dealers, vendors with general questions and route calls appropriately
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain office supplies and reception area
Scan, file, and organize company documents
Assist with data entry and administrative projects
Support accounting, sales, warranty, HR, and other departments with administrative tasks
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Perform general office duties to help keep daily operations running smoothly
Cleaning, which includes administrative assistants’ office, entrance area, and occasionally checking on bathrooms to ensure they are clean and tidy.

*This is not intended to be a full list of duties. Other jobs assigned based on applicant’s abilities. This person will work closely with our office staff to build a streamlined office setting. This position has the potential for growth within our company.

Required Skills: The candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, organized and able to multi-task, have excellent time management skills, as well as strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to work well with others, be computer literate and have good typing skills, accurate and attentive to detail, and be a problem solver. The candidate must be efficient in Word and Excel.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.Previous office experience preferred but not required.
