Full Job Description

Ace Escrow is a full-service, independent escrow company currently expanding our team. We have open positions at our Los Angeles and Buena Park office locations.

Escrow Assistant

Qualifications:

No experience required
Must speak basic Korean
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent growth opportunity within the company
Compensation based on experience

Jr. Escrow Officer

As a Jr. Escrow Officer, you will support the Escrow Officer across all files and provide coverage as needed. This role offers hands-on experience in managing the full escrow process from opening to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing escrow documents from opening through closing
Handle disbursements and post-closing follow-up
Communicate requirements and updates to clients, including title exceptions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of escrow files
Coordinate with clients, lenders, agents, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
Review preliminary title reports
Prepare estimated closing statements for clients

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of escrow experience required
Bilingual in Korean, Mandarin, or Spanish preferred
Experience with Qualia and/or Streamline preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
