Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate and become the vital link between our customers and the exceptional financial products and services we offer. In this energetic role, you will engage with customers in a retail environment, providing outstanding customer service while promoting retail lending options, handling cash transactions, and supporting daily store operations. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help drive sales, ensure accurate cash management, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their retail shopping experience, including explaining product features and financial services options.
Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and 10-key typing systems, ensuring proper cash drawer handling and cash management.
Support retail lending activities by providing information on loan products, assisting with loan processing, and collecting payments or overdue loans through loan collections procedures.
Maintain precise data entry records related to sales transactions, customer accounts, and financial software updates.
Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues related to banking or retail services while delivering excellent customer service.
Support store operations by managing cash drawers during shifts, balancing registers at the end of each day, and ensuring compliance with cash handling policies.
Assist in retail store tasks such as stock replenishment, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized environment conducive to sales growth.

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with people is essential.
Familiarity with banking or financial services environments enhances your ability to explain products like retail lending or financial software tools.
Basic math skills are necessary for processing transactions accurately and managing cash drawers effectively.
Experience with data entry or using financial software systems will support efficient record keeping and transaction processing.
Previous retail store experience involving cash handling, cashiering, or retail math is advantageous for success in this role.
Strong customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude will help you excel in assisting clients with their needs related to loans or financial products.
