Duties

Engage in outside sales activities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned territories
Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits effectively
Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize coverage and sales potential
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or other CRM software for lead generation and pipeline management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques for lead generation and customer engagement
Experience in territory management, inside sales, or retail sales is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for business growth
