Full Job Description

Are you someone who naturally takes ownership, loves creating exceptional customer experiences, and enjoys keeping a business organized and running smoothly?

Evolve is a luxury laser spa in Elmhurst that has proudly served the community for over 10 years. We are looking for a polished, professional, and highly organized Lead Client Experience Coordinator to become an essential part of our leadership team.

This is much more than a front desk position. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and become the owner’s right hand someone who takes initiative, solves problems, leads by example, and genuinely cares about helping the business succeed.

What You’ll Do

Create a five-star client experience from check-in to check-out
Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
Manage scheduling and daily appointment flow
Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries
Help keep providers on schedule throughout the day
Ensure treatment rooms and the front office remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Help coordinate practice events, promotions, and special projects
Assist with daily administrative tasks and reporting
Support the owner with operational improvements and business growth initiatives
Delegate daily tasks when appropriate and help keep the team accountable
Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they become issues

Preferred Experience

Front desk, office coordinator, medical office, med spa, salon, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service experience
Experience using scheduling software is a plus (Boulevard experience is a bonus)
Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required
