Full Job Description

The Billing Specialist supports billing operations and related project work under the direction of the Billing Manager.

Review work orders for accuracy and completeness to prepare estimates and invoices.
Create and submit customer invoices in a timely manner and in accordance with customer requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers to obtain required approvals.
Maintain job cost tracking records and provide reporting as requested.
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and record maintenance.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and other departments as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software; strong math skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience with Sage Intacct preferred; training available.

Education and Experience

Associate degree preferred but not required.
Two years of relevant billing or administrative experience preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
