Latitude is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 2-3 years experience to work with a dynamic firm in Atlanta with a strong real estate practice. This is a partner-track position with a dynamic practice group with a sophisticated and varied practice. Only attorneys with at least 2 years of commercial real estate experience should apply. Requirements of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:

At least 2 years of commercial real estate experience, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, financing, dispositions work and commercial real estate closings

Prior experience practicing in the commercial real estate department of a large corporate law firm, with a commercial real estate boutique firm, or in-house with a commercial real estate development company is preferred.

Excellent academic credentials

Licensed to practice law and in good standing (licensed in Florida or ability to become so)

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
