We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth office management. Your positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency will help create a warm and organized environment for visitors, clients, and staff alike. Responsibilities

Greet residents and visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls accurately
Manage front desk operations including mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and visitor sign-in procedures
Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, word processing, proofreading, and maintaining office records
Support office management by organizing supplies, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative projects
Communicate effectively withresidents and staff to address inquiries and provide support as needed
Maintain a tidy, organized reception area that reflects professionalism and welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse client needs
Proven experience in administrative support roles
Excellent phone etiquette with experience answering multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
Prior clerical experience with attention to detail in proofreading and data entry
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members
Experience in personal assistant or front desk roles is advantageous
Ability tomulti-task while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
