Full Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Beacon family! This person must be knowledgeable, personable, dependable and have strong organizational skills.

Administrative and computer skills along with a high school diploma/GED are a must. Accounts payable experience preferred. General responsibilities for this job are listed below.

General Duties

Answer the telephone and act as receptionist at the front desk to receive all visitors and provide direction as needed.
Sort mail, type correspondence, distribute paychecks, prepare deposits, coinsurance billing
Input resident charges for billing.
Accounts payable
Resident trust, petty cash, and credit card custodian.
In absence of bookkeeper assumes billing duties.
Assist with other general administrative duties

Must Haves

Maintain a professional, customer-oriented demeanor at all times.
Work within a team concept and cooperative with the co-workers.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Represent the facility in a positive manner.
