Position Description: Office Assistant/Bookkeeper

Reports To: Parking Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise the recording and reporting of monthly parking financial information.
Manage PARIS parking monthly billing system and assist customers
Analyzes and verifies information maintaining and developing spreadsheet reconciliations.
Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; i.e. reconciling accounts
Review and approve the preparation of journal entries for financial statements.
Disseminate relevant financial information to the applicable individuals in a timely and efficient manner.
Work with fellow staff and outside auditors to complete a financial statement audit.
Prepare reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years commensurate experience. .
High level of analytical skills.
Experience using PARIS monthly parking billing system
Microsoft Office Suite experience required. Advanced excel skill preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently within a fast-paced operation.
Must organize time effectively with extreme time management skills.
Must be detail & task oriented with a strong work ethic.
High level of organizational skills.
Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
